I gave up on internet dating a few months ago. This same shit happened to me. Luckly I was smart enough to tell it was a scam! This has happened at every dating site I have tried. Never again!

You seem like a pretty cool dude man...I understand where you coming from about the whole internet dating scams. It sucks that people can't just walk up to each other and be real, open, and honest while communicating, many people are so fake, and are so deceptive that socializing with others becomes a struggle. Hopefully things will change and get better.
