It's not a PSP emulator. It's a program called RemoteJoy that can be installed on a PSP with custom firmware.

I think the reason Vile is so popular is because of his guest appearance on the Mega Man TV show, where he's played up as a complete badass along with Spark Mandril. The voice helped.

that reminds me of death note with light being like vile. Haha. So i guess that means vile is corrupted and think hes the shit cause he got all these cool gadgets.

btw i beat the game with vile yesterday. Honestly i am not a big fan of vile. I don't like his story, his character, and his gameplay.

i like choosing many different weapons and charging with X. I feel so limited with vile and he just pisses me off (gameplay/cutscene wise)
