Why is it that Westerners are always pro-tibet? Have you noticed? What does Tibet have that interest Westerners? Is it human rights? Tibetans have the same rights (or lack of it) as every other Chinese. Maybe it is a plan by the West to break up China as was done to the Soviet Union. The USA can't stand having a competitor. They wouldn't be as free to invade Iraq... or N Korea maybe.
