The engine is more similar to the Z06, but the whole car is modified from the originals.

Its a ZR1, the VIN numbers confirm that the framed used would have been a ZR1. You are close in that it is closer to a Z06 since it has steel brakes, a de-stroked LS7 instead of an LS9 (without the supercharger it would just be an LS3)
