Mickey rourke is a lot more profound a person and actor, than you give him credit for, even though I'll agree that physically he looks freaky looking.If you're not just as shallow a person as you claim him to be, you'll delve into him and his career a bit more. he is really the antithesis in many ways to all the things Hollywood represents.He's a 'standup guy'.
