The interviewer expressing surprise at 4:30 that Ted Nugent goes hunting- TED NUGENT HUNTING- shows just how early this interview actually was.
4:12 Nugent saying he's not that into politics- another indication that this is a REALLY early interview. The "buggy whipping" story is an early sign of the Nuge we've grown to know and...well, the Nuge we've grown to know. :)

Respond to this video... If Ted's current political agenda was to be successfully implemented back in, say, '65, would Terrible Ted even EXIST on a political or otherwise platform? I think its quite possible the guy would be farming somewhere in Michigan, bitching about how the totalitarian republicans screwed him out of a possible rock star life....as Bart Simpson would say "The ironing is delicious"
