Glad you brought up feeding position. It's difficult to see newborn kittens, puppies, monkeys, etc, impatiently fed while held literally flat on their back, like a human infant. As in this video, too much formula is pushed into a tiny mouth, without time for safe and complete swallowing. When newborn critters are unnaturally fed on their backs, it only takes 1 little breath to aspirate liquid into their lungs, which can be life-threatening.
