Excellent system - I'm comparing several to use in my business.

Do you offer a finishing sealant?

I have access to a catalytic, 3-part acrylic sealant made for headlights...

Does your m205 have any UV protection already in it?

Do you think M205 might interfere with me using an acrylic sealer as a final step? Thanks

@DontPanic6X7 M205 does not have any UV protection....it would be best to finish off with your sealer.

Please explain to me the difference between the two kits shown and the kits 3M offers for the same purpose. Is it just 3M vs Meguiars? I know you guys are owned by 3M, so I'm wondering if it's only the name and nothing else.

@firebrd1971 our kit has Meguiar's unique foam finishing discs. We also offer a rotary attachment with our foam pads. The compound and polish are also Meguiar's technology.

@watuzi Take a look around... Audi, Mercedes, Honda, Acura, BMW, etc lenses are failing. Try pricing out a Audi A6 HID lens... $600 per lens. Some exceeding $1500 per lens! This entire process only takes roughly 30 minutes. With labor and materials you are into this repair for less than $20.

You guys made me proud!! What a great presentation of the system.

If you want a permanent repair, each step is critical. Sanding with 2000 / 3000 on headlights of this nature is like polishing a red bass boat with pure polish. It WILL die back and re-yellow. The thermo-set coating must be completely removed for a long lasting crystal clear clarity. Great job Jason!

@watuzi in some cases maybe....but if you are doing 15-20 cars a day, this makes sense.
