Dalai Lama Montréal October 2009 leaving the audience.

This video was taken October 3rd 2009, when His Holiness is leaving the audience. The Bell center gave him a Canadien's hockey shirt. You can ear my good friend saying that this year we will win the Stanley Cup... He also received a white oak tree as a symbol of growing compassion in the world. At the end he is blessing some devotees and also touching a few of them. Laure Waridel (Master of Ceremonies) did a very nice job. As always Matthieu Ricard did an excellent job in translating His Holiness speech. Enjoy this very unique video from the Dalai Lama.

It's funny, it was not a hidden cam or spy cam.... I was acutally holding my portable HD CAM right in the air, just a few rows from the stage. Nobody seemed to bother... It one of those lucky day I guess. I'm actually amazed by the quality of the video.. Never tought that it would come out so nice with vivid colors... Glad you like..

Cheering for our local hockey team will not be an obstacle for enlightment... It's just friendly chearing. That is precisely the type of attitude that make this world sometime so boring. His holliness is also laughing about it.. and that is it.. Nothing more, nothing less then laughing about it.
