For some people, the coldest, loneliest night of the year falls on Christmas Eve... A elderly woman who has lost touch with reality searches for the true spirit of the holidays, reminiscing about her beloved family.

Set on Christmas Eve, it follows Mrs. Crumplebottom's day as she encounters memories that help keep her going through the holidays ahead.
