Werewolf the Apocalypse: Heart of Gaia (Gameplay)

This is possibly the only game footage of this game. It shows how Ryan transforms into a White Howler, running through Pentex Labs in the Unreal engine, and featuring rare official game soundtrack that was available to download for free when ASC gaming website was online, 10 years ago. (I compiled the soundtrack to the clip since there wasn't any sound except the intro which I kept intact.)

Thanks to LuqueGheller, another game Designer who was given this clip when he expressed interest in the morphing engine.

"I have one in-game video that presents their morph engine. It's short one, but I believe it's worth.

I remember that they had some development problems with Unreal engine. They only figured out how to do good level design when it was too late. If there is one version out there, it's probably unfinished and buggy."

The game was cancelled at the last minute. I saw a demo of it at Dragoncon back in '98 or '99.

@louiseleon07 I had heard rumors of these people a while back. Personally I think they just inexplicably fell of the Earth. That or they realized they would need copyright permissions from White Wolf to do a remake in the first place.

Hmm, a first person shooter where you can play any number of garou then expand into the fera and possessed would be awesome, I'd pay $60 for that.

It's indeed interesting to see the game graphics regarding changing into the different forms, but ... hell's bells ... unless you're in public and have to hide what you can do, either stay Crinos (for strength and the ability to hold things) or Hispo (for speed and bite attacks). When I play the tabletop version of Werewolf: the Apocalypse, I stay in Hispo about 90 percent of the time -- but then, I play a Red Talons character whenever possible, and the human forms are pretty loathsome to me ...

Oh, HELL Yeah! I'd totally be down for this! Different forms in a fight against Pentex! And also, there'd have to be other metamorphs (like cat, rat, reptile, and insects) also.!
