AH-1 Super Cobra - RC Heli Turbine Power

Ah-1 Super Cobra by Josef Alterbaum (Joseph Tree). Custom Built. Not a kit. At Jetpower 2010.

The model is built by CAD+Modelltechnik Jung.

The rotor diameter of 2.8 meter. Assembled with Modelltechnik's Python-mechanics version 3, equipped with a PJW-Pro-5000 turbine.


At the time, Joseph Tree created several versions of the Super Cobra with different turbine drives. In addition to the above version is a version with the "Python" Pro-X built mechanics, a third version uses the JetCat SPT5-H for the powerplant. For this reason, a special "Python" version was developed, this is referring to as version "8".
