The agency that created the ad spot you referenced is Wieden + Kennedy (Portland). The song that's heard was created specifically for this commercial, so theres no name or title to download, etc.

Not all of the kids were junior Olympians. However, all were proficient in their sport. Most notable were the ski jumper, skeleton, speed skaters, and bob sledders. The spot was filmed in Salt Lake City, UT (site of the 2002 Olympics), and most of the kids came from sports clubs there. This information is OK to share. Hope it helps! Ruth P&G Team"
