Learn the Basics of Defending Your Traffic Ticket in 7 Easy to Follow videos.
Watch for my new ebook, Knowledge Is The Ticket, To Winning Your Case.
The complete guide to defending Your Traffic Ticket in Canada.

Don't Pay your tickets, take them to Traffic Court. Whether it's a Photo Ticket or an Officer issued Ticket, You can win or get Your fine reduced on most of them.

Why pay full price if you don't have to. Your City or Province is not going to send you a thank you card for paying it right away and not disputing it. They also don't care that it's your first offence or the economy's poor.

Most photo speeding tickets are issued at low speed thresholds that Police Officers will not ticket you at. Most Photo Red Light tickets are issued in the 1st second of the light change, the camera's are set up to trap motorist's in a 'dilemma zone' using minimum Amber times. The 'offence' is not visible to the human eye and poses no danger.

  • Great videos! Thank you for this.

  • @Freiheit0329

That's a wonderful way to look at things if you support sharia law. I take it that you always keep to the posted speed limit?

  • i was stopped and got off with a warning i only had my License for 3 months at the time..so he gave me a warning! but he was rude but gave me a warning i was out ast curfew in my town and trying to get home from work...so ya i got a warning thank god But thanks for the Video!

  • to the guy who says no breaks.. i hope you get a ticket for a lying cop who says you were going 20 mph over the limit.. no breaks for u bub

  • i belive the comment BRIDIRT SAYING THAT is true

  • Exactly. Whether or not you broke the law should not be decided by the mood of the cop or judge who is against you. Especially the judges i think. If the judge doesnt like your attitude or the way you dress, or maybe even your race, they will be more likely to rule you guilty, overlooking some details on the offense. No breaks i say, by the book is the way to go.

  • It true. Just say ok. Was I? Alright. I got off 2 out of 2 tickets by just sitting there.

  • an individual does not have to answer a single question. instead answer their question with a question. don't consent to a search. if an officer is asking chances are he has to get your permission.
