  • I'm so happy to hear all the great news, love that your fruit trees are "Fruiting", lol. Mine are too, here on the south shore of Montreal. Grapes, apples, tomatoes(red and yellow) the Creator is Awesome. Hope you have a great time at your moms place and it's great that she's going to see her little grandbaby soon!

  • Thank you

  • @rui27marne yes buckwheat is healthy, its gluten free, low fat, has all 8 essential amino acids, maganese, magnesium, protein. Its very light on digestion. Its actually a fruit seed and not a grain. I eat buckwheat its really good. You can soak it in water then sprout them , or just eat them soaked. you can make raw porridge , you can also dehydrate them and make buckwheat krispies yumm!!

  • Great video, and I agree with what you say about meat... That said the enemy is corrupting what was good so in our day we have to use much care in what meat is eaten. The same care must be used with fruits and veggies as well (pesticides).

In light of what's going on these days I remember Isaiah 17:1. Stand for truth.

    Shalom

  • thanks for this video. very encouraging as we all find our health niche. i guess it's time to change the name of your show to the "fresh food health show."

  • @domainjester, congrats. It's always inspiring to know of people like you that make such drastic changes in their lives.

  • You're right, it should be a "natural diet" - nature knows best!
