*Much Better Than The Original of This GREAT Song!* This was all part of the documentary: Okinawan Rock History, which I taped when it first aired New Year's Eve 1998 on RBC.

  • I'm extremely stoked that this video is on youtube. I'm his nephew and never got a chance to see him play live, so I'm glad that aside from listening to J.E.T.'s CD's there is something I can watch that will be preserved online :)

  • It's been 30 years since I've seen these guys...back then they had three other band members and were known as Kotobuki!

Still Rockin' after all these years...sadly Jimmy, the lead guitarist passed away a few years ago...

  • Sad to hear that Jimmy passed away, i was living in Okinawa 2002/2003 and after a few beers in jet bar i asked him if i could play his guitar, he said ok, it was a really nice fender strat i played some blues just jamming with the bass and drums they were fantasic i felt like i had been playing with them for years, and the crowd loved it to. RIP jimmy, better late than never. jojo

  • love this video...all 3 of these guys are awesome! i was always amazed to see and hear the natural talent these guys had for rock music! when i was playing in another band we used to go to to club FIRE on BC st. just to hear them play a few songs and hear jimmy rip those licks....
