A number of our group were not exactly in premium physical shape (ahem) and a couple of the guys had knee injuries but still made it down unscathed and with big smiles on their faces. All in all- get yourself up there if you've got a spare weekend!

I have just returned from a day spent at this particular canyoning spot, and i would just like to comment on how much more fun it is than this video makes it look, particularly the descent of the main falls of Acharn which are quite breathtaking to behold. The team of dudes who take you out are nothing short of professional whilst also being a bloody good laugh, and for those who have their concerns over safety i would suggest you've got nothing to worry about.
