Videographer Kenny Snodgrass, Actives and Author of From Victimization to Empowerment. www.trafford.com/07-0913 - Just a little sample from the coming book "Conversation with James Boggs" By Kenneth Snodgrass - James Boggs, was strong African Man, Grass-roots fighter, Historian, Intellectual, Political Activist, whose experiences ranged from working on the WPA, with C.L.R. James, Milton Henry, Muhammad Ahmad (Maxwell Sranford, Jr.) Vincent and Rosemarie Harding, Ken Cockrel, Maulana (Ron) Karenga, Ossie & Ruby Dee Davis, Robert Williams, General Baker, The league of Revolutionary Black Workers, SOSAD, NOAR. He helped organize the Union in the 30s, the Freedom Now Party of the 60s, the Black Power Movement, and the Anti-Vietnam War Movement etc.

  • thank you very much for posting this and the others. its amazing to see the way in which his writing style appears in his writings. i never cease to be amazed by how much he was able to learn by reflecting on his experiences. when does the book come out?
