UK Public Information Film aimed at scaring children away from water. It worked! I still get the shivers sometimes near open bodies of water, and I didn't learn to swim until I was 27.

I'm almost 45 but this STILL gives me goosepimples. I was horrified of this as a kid and didn't watch it all the way through until the Charley Says tape came out.
