First of all, I can't take anyone seriously who is sitting on an easy chair and yelling at the camera. You sound like a desperate salesman who's trying to squeeze out as much enthusiasm and information into their 30 second commercial. Secondly, Richard? Seriously?
Just relax. Get your facts straight, rehearse (a lot), make yourself look professional, and then present. And stand up. I promise you, you will appear much more credible, and people will take you seriously.

Sounds like Don Lapre. Classic business talk talk. U can tell Mr. Kiyosaki hardly has info new to us as it is just hype just like America has been for the last 12 years! HE should be talking about how to solve the unsolvable, so far, fact that most American workers (the majority) go to financial hell normally no matter how hard they work. Lapre was innocent cuz he's just as crooked as most other successful new age entrepreneurs. Dare THEY boast real estate again! (yes THEY did again)
