  • I use the L1 M2 and Tonematch mixer, This system sounds better and clearer than my old rig which was a Dynacord powermate 600 and 2x EVS300's,don't forget what the L1 is, it's a small personal pa system, great for 2 musicians to share, but if you have a larger band buy one each, that's how the designers intended it to be used. I have gigged this system for 2 years and I always get a positive response from the audience on the sound. In my opinion,if used properly, you will love the results.

  • I love it!!! Every place were we perform the first thing they say or ask about is the system. Then they say something about the group. It's ok. I'm a proud owner of two L1 model 2 systems. And I will love to get two more.

  • Ok, it's an awesome LIMITED product. You make the L1, Model II, Rev. 3 (get it? ...1,2,3) by diving it so you have have 5, 7 or even 9 channel sound WITHOUT buying 9 L1's then you have the ULTIMATE solution for just about 100% of the audio needs out there.

  • Sorry but I have to intervene. What is said in these 2 videos is theoretical and sometimes false. I bought this system and have been using it in a band for 2+ years. In practice, if you put the system behind you, you will get feedback and your singers' mikes are going to capture the sound from the system resulting in an overall bad sound.

Also the T1 mixing unit is a joke with only 4 inputs and low quality effects. We had to change it because its screen went blank after a few months.

  • FEED back is awaiting... sorry its the truth.

  • Using 2 of these speakers behind you in place of the traditional PA setup has a very nice sound as well. You don't need to replace any amplifiers or any gear you may want to use. But the simple layout of the speakers in the stand provides a very nice room-filling sound. You can still use these with a mixing board, which in essence makes much more sense. Combine this with the simple concept of panning and maybe some audio compression and you get really nice results.

  • Being a guitar player I am not going to give up my amplifiers...I need that tone, feedback, harmonics...everything naturally occurring. I would be more interested in Bose if they came up with a PA system light weight for my band in which I can rely on my amp something with loudspeakers and bass subs, but not for each of us individually.

  • I really am not buying the no-feedback-line at all. As soon as you put a KSM-9 in front of a PA that bitch is going to explode. There's just no way you can have an open mic like that, just because the "soundwaves go out in a wide angle"... As soon as the microphone picks up the sound from the speaker, and sends it back, you are toast.

  • Wonderful concept. It was mentioned that each musican needed his own L1 (unless standing close to one another)...With tone match included thats over $10k with a band of 4, just not possible for most. Is there any future prospects of bose upgrading to more than 4 channels? like at least 6-8+ with a little more power and maybe some added speakers? Love concept though. Just worried about the power

  • Very interesting. How about a five-year no frills warranty!
