We at Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting guarantee our customers receive the freshest coffee produced in the country! Our coffees are roasted and shipped immediately! Roast to Order customers who order from Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting on the west coast receive their fresh roasted coffee within 2 business days and east coast customers, within 4 business days. Other roasters will tell you that they ship within one business day of roasting but their vast stockpile of coffee, stacked weeks prior to shipment will tell you otherwise. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting has no roasted coffee stockpiles, insuring that each order you place is roasted and bagged upon request, specifically for you!

How is your coffee guaranteed to be fresh? -Customers who are part of our roast to order program place their orders on or before an indicated date on a weekly basis. -Orders are then added up and separated among distinct regions. -We then roast only the amount needed per origin to support our roast to order customer. -Coffee is bagged, sealed and immediately packaged for shipping. -Coffee is then shipped out immediately for a roast to delivery local time of 1 day and a national roast to delivery time of 3 days.
