Guilds in WoW Suck! That's so gay!

Why can I not seem to be able to stay in a guild on World of Warcraft for more than a week? Why do all guilds in WoW suck, both the regular ones and the GLBTI ones? Am I screwed until WotLK comes out and get to 80 and start equal again with everyone else?
