Tim Russert died Friday afternoon of a heart attack while in the newsroom at NBC headquarters in Washington, DC. He died doing the thing he loved the most- readying himself for another edition of Sunday morning's Meet the Press.

NBC's Tom Brokaw remembers Tim Russert as the man of "great passion."

Regardless of what you think of his politics he really was a pretty cool guy. He was great everytime he went on Letterman and Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Good Family Man, may he rest in peace...
