This song, The Dance, is about loss. But, it tells of how wonderful it was to have what we had, even though we lose it. Kind of like the saying.. "It's better to have loved and lost, then never to have loved at all." To me, even though the pain, of losing MIchael this past year, has been so difficult, yet, what an even bigger loss it would have been never to have had him in our lives at all. I cannot even imagine, if we'd never had Michael Jackosn. And, how luck we are that he touched our lives. Even if for to short of a time. There are so many lines in this song, that fit Michael, so well.. and what we've all been through. In his life, and his death.
