When I was on Ravelry the other day, someone asked if having a double ended crochet hook was a sillty idea....I think she was a knitter. I set her straight. ;D

I am just learning to do this crokniting and I seem to get confused as to when to turn the needle and move to the other end. Is there a simple method to remembering this? Especially when I've put it down and go back to it later.

Actually, you turn for every row, BUT you move the yarn down after you finish using a color. I made 2 rows of each color, so I move the yarn down after I finish the second row of the working color. When I do that, the other color will be waiting for me to pick up at the other end of the hook. Hope that helps!

I am so glad to find your video!!! I was with my husband in Louisiana at a flea market over a year ago and I saw a lady doing this. I looked everywhere to find information on how to do this and kept running into dead ends. This is awesome. THANK YOU SO MUCH
