@BarriosGroupie Those Black only organisations are a few minority that still have resentment on how their ancestors were treated. The best way to promote equality is to actually have positions (including those in football) contested purely on skill and capability and nothing else. 1 amazing black player is more of a role model than 6 rubbish black players that are only there because of their skin colour. @datnotfair but colour does matter to people, which is why there is a Black History month, many Black only organisations, and many articles published on Black role models for Black kids. If there are too many Black players in football, then quotas is the only option, unless you have other ideas. I was born in South Africa and the only reason why there are not many white players is because there are very few white players that play football.
