This video looks at the sleight-of-hand tactics of the outdoor advertising industry in its quest to reconfigure the landscape with a network of digital billboards. Bigger, brighter and changing every few seconds. Cities such as Albuquerque, Cleveland, Las Vegas, London, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St.Paul and Tampa were targeted with "enhanced" billboards that went up without proper permits.
