One of our Year 9 'cellists gets to play on an 18th century fortepiano at the Bate Collection of Historical Musical Instruments in Oxford.

This was part of our Senor Strings tour to London and Oxford in July 2009

  • Mid 19th Century Piano... Pffft.

  • I think it's early 19th century, not 18th

  • I'm sure it's not her fault, but the Instrument badly needs to be TUNED! Maybe the person hectoring the player from off-screen could spare a few moments to see to the task - just out of respect to Mozart.

  • Great looking instrument and great looking girl! I don't know though if the outfit can be considered period accurate...

  • ehm NOOO! F! F!
