Hey I'm only getting in to mtb so unfortunately I cnt afford a bike like dat bu cud u suggest a full suspension dh bike for let's say under a grand.? Any help is appreciated thanks..

@plunkettsnumber7 hey man, cheers for the comment, umm, look theres not heaps of dh bikes you can get for UNDER a grand, but you can probs get close, problem is once you get that low the bike starts to be faulty in some way, my suggestion would be a second or third hand Giant Glory or Kona Stab? Both decent bikes but a bit heavy. i would check this out the irish dh site forum and see if you can find anything, i cant post the link...

@harrybeaver420 You could go something like a Specialized Big Hit or Kona Stinky or Jamis Dakar or even a Knolly Delirium, your after kinda 160- 180mm travel bikes because they'll handle well on all mountain trails and downhill. Personally i would just get a downhill bike but yeh. Tip: if your after a cheaper DH bike, make sure you check out your local club website forum.
