I get lost at the end, but I can't hear what he says that well at the ending. But If I got it right Hypothalamus "order" the The pituitary gland to produce hormones that will activate certain endocrine organs to produce a desired hormone. when a certain level of hormones is in the bloodstream, hypothalamus orders The pituitary gland to produce hormones to inhibit the production of the desired hormone to sustain a balance... I dunno XD

very well explained, but I imagine it could be very confusing to someone without much biology knowledge. I think it makes it easier to understand if you think of the hormones as dominoes. One domino knocks over the next which knocks over the next etc. with an eventual outcome at the end.
