I don't put much into anything the AP prints, they are nothing but an arm of the liberal elites. And if the government didn't force oil companies to drill so freaking deep, there would be alot less to worry about. Oh wait.... we don't need to drill, we just gave Brazil BILLIONS(thought we were bankrupt) so THEY could start drilling and the USA could start BUYING THEIR OIL FROM THEM. What an awesome idea.
