You got a point, but like in their concerts at 360° tour both edge and Adam are in the bridges over the inner circle at the Boots' middle 8, the wah wah part comes right after that, right ? So I guess it was their modus operandi for this tour, basically Dallas Schoo pressing the wah wah pedal in oder to let Edge be free t walk towards the audience, btw i tought h was using some auto wah wah
@fran86beta Yes I totally respect that long tours are exhausting both mentally and physically. I used to tour with a theatre company so I know that. I play in a local gigging band, we play over 20 songs per night, not every night and I have a decent pedalboard of effects and operate them myself. It doesn't matter if he's in a stadium or a pub, he is just standing downstage at that point, would it have been too much to just walk upstage and use the wah wah? it just made me laugh, thats all
@blueleadguitar Maybe if you have a set of 20 songs almost and have to be 3 years in the road. doing gigs not at small bars but huge stadiums you need some help with all those effects. I understando what you'v say but is easy to imagine how way it would be ideal, in practice everything is more harder and way mentally exausting
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw The Edge's roadie using the wah wah while The Edge was standing downstage. Are they so famous now that he doesn't operate his own pedalboard anymore? lol Fucking hell, he could just put all the guitar tracks onto mp3 and not even bother to turn up for the gig! lol
at least if thats gonna happen, the roadie needs to switch back to the other setting quick. cuz he left the wah on lol
