MOM'S episode in the Wedding at Cana made me evaluating MOM as THE FIRST LADY FOREVER for mankind. Whatever MOM asks DAD, DAD never denies. DAD is ONLY THE REAL GENTLEMAN. It's quite correct as Jesus said "No One IS Good Except DAD ALONE." He might have acknowledged of this event. I see MOM'S altruism and cares so immensely accurate, I fully trust in MOM. MOM asks DAD. DAD NEVER DENIES. I put my SALVATION in DAD'S and MOM'S Hands. I am not worried about IT. I wish you the best. Very Nice Thanks

Jesus did not say "MOM" was the way, but "HE" said "I AM THE WAY"... John 14:6, Thank You for your comment. All comments are welcome... God Bless, and i wish you the best also..

@elijaha1965 Yes but Christ say at the foot of the cross to all "She is your Mother". Although it was said to John, it was meant to all Christians.

Forget all the religious thoughts here. Mom asked her son if he would do something about the wine situation. He told her mom I'm an adult and it's not really my problem. Mom gave her son one of those mom looks that I'm sure he has received before as we all have. She knew he would do someting about the wine situatation because she knew him. That is why she told the servants to do whatever he asked of them. It's pretty simple. What good son wouldn't do whatever moms asked them to do?

The apostles state God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ in their letters to the churches. An example is 1 Thessalonians 1:1 Paul, and Silas, and Timothy, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. I don't understand if Jesus and God are the same why do the apostles list them separately? They mention they are servants of God and apostles of Jesus???

@xaviereie0044 I've read the passages you got your information from and I'm now confused. It doesn't make sense. Jesus said command over heaven and earth was given to him. So if Jesus is God he was already in command. Jesus said ask in my name and all will be given. Ask in Jesus's name or Gods name? So who do you pray to?

@fffreddie Brother if she told or not told surely Jesus must do that miracle, You know the one meaning of that miracle only, Jesus is telling us about the salvation in that miracle, you cannot understand the truth behind that miracle,For your eyes its a miracle did by jesus christ, but also in that there a was big miracle told by god, this miracle is telling about the salvation, salvation for the whole world, Its is not done by mary's word my friend. It is already preplanned by GOD.

@fffreddie SO you are telling Jesus is not GOD. Did you read this verse from bible, "At first there was WORD, The WORD is with GOD, and that WORD is GOD". Don't you read this, And we every one know as it told in bible clearly the WORD is jesus, then now tell me who is jesus, He just lived a life to show us how to face all the problems, As JESUS told "i came to this world for a witness of TRUTH" , see Brother i dint come to argue with you, please try to understand the truth,

I do have a question. Did they have glassware that was translucent in the days of Jesus? When they served the wine you can see the wine through the glass. There are other translucent glassware on the table as well.

@xaviereie0044 The fifth commandment is honor your father and mother. That is exactly what he did. When she told him to fix the problem with the wine he did so. He had no choice but to do so. By the way Jesus is not God. Jesus was the son of God. Why in world would Jesus pray to himself or call upon himself for help. Why would God tell himself that he was proud of himself? Why would God say the way to me is through me? Get your story straight.

@fffreddie So, please dont think like human mentality to campare god, also dont compare GOD with any human,Because GOD is GOD, No human can become god, Because in bible its clearly written thats "There is no use of dead ones" see, only jesus christ raised from dead and went to heaven, The other saints are in the paradise, till now no man went to heaven Under stand clearly my friend dont confuse yourself,

@fffreddie Ofcourse a son will do what his mother says, but here jesus is the father for everyone because we everyone knoe he is the god, How can a human command god? In the whole bible book which is telling about jesus he never called mary as mother, he call our father who is in the heaven only as father, he did what he says to him, he will do what father in the heaven says because they are 3 but in 1(including holy spirit).

@fffreddie Also only human flesh know that he is son for mary, but its not, actually he needs a woman to born in this worls but he is the father of everyone even for mary thats y in their conversation jesus called marry "WOMEN, what is between you and me" and so on, he didnt called her as Mummy or mother or mum. see here also you have the answer,
