@jmclaughlin407 ...In doing some additional research, I discovered an error in my original note...the "Here's To Good Friends" album was released, in 1978, on MCA Records...NOT "Old Town" as I had erroneously remembered. MCA 3061. The song was also issued on a 45rpm single, on MCA 40943. You should be able to find either or both, on the internet, from those who deal in vinyl records. Sadly, much of Arthur Prysock's catalog remains unavailable on CD...including this item.
Arthur Prysock recorded a version of this song on one of his 70's "Old Town" albums...with "non-beer" lyrics. I also seem to recall him making a cameo appearance in one of the commercials.
