Samurai Ghost (TurboGrafx-16)

Great visuals and a catchy soundtrack are somewhat ruined by sloppy play control and faulty hit detection. The sad part is that this could have been a terrific action title. It's good, but far from great. It's recently been ESRB rated, so expect it to hit the Virtual Console in the not-so-distant future. **COMING IN OCTOBER TO THE WII VIRTUAL CONSOLE **

As I said in the review on Virtual Turbo..."There are great games, there are mediocre games, and then there's Samurai Ghost." If you think it looks awful, you should play it. Because the way it looks is actually one of the only decent things I could find to say about it.

@tosgem dude, this system was made in 1988, the ps2 was made in 2000...why are you comparing to totally different types of systems, that are 12 years apart? Are you really that stupid?

@00ghostcobra but even then, there ARE good games for the Turbografx 16, you are just either too closeminded to try them out because you are to busy blowing Capcom's, Nintendo's, and Konami's giant dick, OR you are just not looking hard enough.

@00ghostcobra talk about closedminded...that's really not the reason the turbografx failed in america, there are 2 reasons for that, 1. nec's business approach was to market the system to areas in the country with the highest population, which worked in japan considering the size of their country, but obviously didn't think that strategy out fully , and 2. there was limited 3rd party support from developers in america considering Nintedo of america's illegal stranglehold on developers.
