This is why we are AMAZING.

(Just to clarify, this isn't us being GOOD. We do this before football games every week. We all crowd into the halls and dance. No, this isn't drump corps quality. It's high school, and it's a bunch of high school kids having fun. It's a free-for-all, not an actual game. SO CHILL. I've been out of high school for years. I know nothing about percussion, so it really means nothing to me if you comment on what sort of "grip" is used or whether or not it's sloppy. Just saying.)

I still remember playing in that band room, the energy and intensity of the drum cadences mixed with half of us who weren't drummers screwing off. Too bad that whole wing of the school smelled like sewage. (Does it still?) Great memories...
