The author has never read the "clean water act"... Your video is lies. The Progressive Conservatives don't want to do what you claim. Let's talk about tangible examples. In Mississauga South there has been a coal fired generating plant for decades. McGuinty refuses to conduct a environmental assessment, he also wants to built three gas fired plants in the area which will spew pollution. Yet he won't embrace nuclear power which emits no pollution.
