One of the underrated albums from the 80's. I spent hours listening to side one, over and over.

When it finally hit me that the "flat old earth" was his world, That he was entrusting it to someone else, it hooked me on this song forever. Men have a really hard time trusting their feelings to someone. This is one of the few that honestly portrays that struggle.

yeah this song i think was one of his better, too bad it didn't reach more fame.
I've often wondered why this great song never achieved mass appeal.
Truly a well crafted pop song...damn!
Someone will eventually cover it and give it its props.
