You're going to call Downie a better player than Byfuglien?
Perhaps last years stats are better but this year is completely different.
Byfuglien: 31 GP - 11 Goals - 21 Assist - 32 Points - +5 - 4 PP - 5 GW
Downie: 23 GP - 3 Goals - 12 Assist - 15 Points - 0 - 2 PP - 0 GW
This all coming from Buff as a defender this year.
Oh, and all of this success without Chicago.
Guess last year wasn't exactly all by chance and a lucky run ...

@MrShmunkshmee He had 5 game winners(most in league), was there best defensive forward( was drafted as a defensmen by the way) was clucth when he needed to be, led his team in hits, was a force at both ends of the ice. 5 game winner was the league high in playoffs that year. If he wasnt clucth in those 5 moments the hawks may not have won. Half his goals where game winner and 2 in overtime.
