  • Do you think it would work to just use good caps from other mobos and solder to the one I'm fixing? also does the voltage have to be Exact same for the one you replace?

Iknow it would work but is it just as good as new caps?

  • @IamFat32 Yeah should be fine really, try keep the voltage and rating very similar. but new caps are cheap as to buy.

  • hmm

  • your videos are great but could you use a tripod i have no sea sickness pills left to watch you other vids thank keep up the good work mate

  • hey when i on my computer it dose not give display i think 3 sound are coming like te te te after that there is no display can u plz help me

  • Also 95% of the time upper-left (larger caps) near the CPU tend to go first, and are the most easiest to replace/repair. My electronics store doesn't sell the correct/same caps as most boards take, so I merely resolder from another dead board (crappier/more damaged)

  • Looks like my motherboard collection, I got a large number of dead ones XD Could mount them to the wall as art? :3

  • @IamFat32 yea i use caps off other boards to repair tv's all the time.

  • Take capacitors from old CRT TVs, bro!

  • My Dell Dimension has one bad Nichicon HM(M) capacitor. I don't know how to solder, time for a trip to express service via badcaps.net. I love the machine. LOL
