A Serious Tactical Problem v2.0

A "Doomsday Machine", the Planet Killer, has been detected and engaged by the USS Lakota while delivering supplies to an outlying Federation Outpost. The Captain of the Lakota makes the grave mistake of standing ground and defending the base and flying directly in the firing path of the Planet Killer. Starfleet gets the distress call from the Ourpost, confirming the obliteration of the Lakota, before the outpost is obliterated. The newly built USS Argonaut, a new type of Federation "Attack Ship" or Battlecruiser, is assigned with the USS Enterprise-E and the USS Prometheus, the three most advanced ships in Starfleet, to intercept and stop the Planet Killer at all costs before it reaches deeper into the heart of Federation territory. The Argonaut is going into battle without a shakedown, and bugs are prevalent.

well done vid, as to the Doomsday Machines, it was hinted at in one of the novels that, they were a weapon originally designed to combat the borg, so I would hazaed a guess that there was more than one built.
