  • @Junjokar I agree

  • I have been watching the videos posted by this Aikido teacher, I must say that I have practiced full contact karate, aikido and japanese jui jitsu and this master knows what his talking about! I started learning in Brazil with japanese teachers, focusing only in martial arts not "harmony and religion, etc..." You learn martial art for a reason and it is to defende yourself. People talk bad about aikido without realizing that no martial art is complete and perfect.

  • @scottphillipsau there are ways for dealing with opponents that like to work with fast strikes and out-box. It's just that there is no way to escape from techniques like that because the circle of energy are too tight.

  • In aikido one thing is SAFETY in all things SAFETY FIRST....When you join a AIkido Class your Sensei will tell you to ~TAP~ when you feel hurt.....

*****BTW the TECHNIQUES are for Break a BONE but in Practise they dont focus on BREAK A BONE but they just Focus on the CORRECT DEMONSTRATION and CORRECT DISTRIBUTION of the Techniques.

  • The instructor reveals his lack of skill by specifiying "left punch, right punch". Its a beautiful looking technique, which only works against a completely off balance and comitted opponent. It wouldnt work in a million years against a skilled opponent, who would never commit that way

  • @TheTsjortislauw Thanks I'll try

  • @mcboycuaute look on the intenet for aikido dojo you should find something

  • Do not know where I could learn aikido?

    Greetings from Mexico

  • @pridetv Find an Aikido studio and talk to the Sensei.

  • Are there any videos of two talented aikido students trained against each other? I am looking to aikido used against a resisting opponent. I may be wrong but it looks as if there are no set ups in aikido and that one guy has to know what the other is going to do.
