Nice video! But i have the opposite problem, In whatsapp, i sent a message to the wrong person. Luckily it has not been delivered to the device itself (one green tick). I have deleted the chat on my device and rebooted, sent a "hi" to the person and only one green tick. Is there a way to cancel the sent message before it reaches the device?

@CBartonLovesJP, the fact that the messages are not shown anymore, means that they were not on the SIM card. Therefore this recovery method won't work for you. Sorry.

@cheersing4u, it is true that modern phones store the SMS elsewhere, but there are a lot of old phones out there in the wild.

Do you think they vanished automagically? Or that every person on the planet walks around with an Android or an iPhone?
