Effortlessly lose 5lbs a week by replacing 1-3 small meals each day with salads.

By replacing a portion of your daily bread, rice, pasta and other carbs with salads you are able to drop the daily intake of calories without actually "eating less". At the same time, spend under 2 minutes preparing these meals instead of spending 5, 10, 20 minutes preparing fattening, processed foods.

Prepare breakfast or lunch in under 2 minutes when you are in a rush and save $5-$8 from not eating out.

    that kinda alot of salad dressing tho.

  • hmmmm from all the research ive done recently...romaine salad is more healthy than iceberg. balsamic vin. dressing is the healthiest way to go too.

  • Sooooo much dressing lol. Love it B. Only recomendation.

    Substitute the iceberg lettuce with spinach to increase the nutritional value because iceberg is all water no vitamins.

    Tossing in a little tofu ups the protein as well, but thats a preference or if you don't like/have time to make chicken
