hmmmm from all the research ive done recently...romaine salad is more healthy than iceberg. balsamic vin. dressing is the healthiest way to go too.

Sooooo much dressing lol. Love it B. Only recomendation.
Substitute the iceberg lettuce with spinach to increase the nutritional value because iceberg is all water no vitamins.
Tossing in a little tofu ups the protein as well, but thats a preference or if you don't like/have time to make chicken
