Sims 3 Money glitch on accident (I think)

Ok well I have a sim that has mastered in athleticism and is a legend in sports. I was asked to win an important game as an opportunity. I won the game and the next day I went to practice with about 1.500 simoleons (or whatever) the next thing I know bubbles start popping up saying you won you won and money is flowing into my account. If you check on the top right you see an arrow saying how many bubbles I have gotten or are still coming (still don't know). Well I don't know if its a glitch or not but their you go.

Well I ended up with 3.5 million simoleons and decided to save and quit because it lagged way to much. When I turned it back on it stopped like I thought and now I'm rich haha.

ok... mine is doing this too.. but I've saved and quit 3 times now and it won't stop. I wanted to earn the money... and i'm really mad that it's doing this. anyone know how to make it stop?

Dude something similar happened to like this but my guys career is super spy and the opportunity was spy on enemy enemy nation. My guy came back from work a day later and it said CONGRULATIONS YOU HAVE WON the sumoleons started flying into my account
