Thank you for answering. I appreciate it!

@67817484 yes but it's dangerous because it might slip out and hit you in your face, make sure it can hold pulling tons of resistance, you can drill it, one of my insane ideas but like i said it needs to be strong!!!

You guys are fun. A question, and some comments.
1. How did David get his build? Not on the Tower 200 - since he is now just testing it.
Comments:
1. The problem with the Tower 200 is that one is restricted to the amount of tension. For eg. One has to START with 25 lbs. What if you want to start with 5 or 10 lbs? What if you only want to increase by 2 lbs? You can't
2. All the exercises start at either the top or bottom of the door. There's no mid-range exercises.
Great video tho

@coolcat20million David has been working out for the past couple years alternating weight training and high intensity interval training. Tower 200 is great - but David uses free weights, a pull up bar, bands, Cush Ups, stability ball, and more every week 5-6 days/week. Plus eating style is hugely important - David eats 1-2 lbs of vegetables every day, high quality protein (powder and chicken/fish), and limits white stuff like sugar, flour, milk, etc.
