@lakishahilaire i did not have any problems with any parts being defected. However I suggest buying it from Sephora since they usually take back used/defected purchases for return/exchange.

im curious...after the product done, do you have to buy the whole system over again or just whats missing....and does your teeth get sensitive after use

@lynfavorable80 no you just have to purchase more of the whitening gel viles and thats it. I had no sensitivity

I have really sensitive teeth. LIKE REALLY SENSITIVE. So, all the teeth whiteners I have tried have been like venom to my teeth. Even the professional ones you get from the dentist. They just hurt so much. So, does the gel cause any sensitivity? I'm assuming, not because you would have said it in the video. But, still... I need to ask.

@lakishahilaire I regret buying mines just because I got it on Sept. 23 && the mouthpiece does not work anymore. If I could I would return I can't afford buying a new mouth piece :/

Your video was very helpful. I just got my system today and I love it! I can tell slightly that my teeth are a little whiter. I don't drink coffee or smoke and try not to drink alot of soda so my teeth weren't too discolored to begin with. But I can't wait till day five!

@Bloodwolf1184 to be completely honest i am not sure. But if a dentist says that getting your teeth whitened professionally would diminish the stains, then I would say yes. the system uses the same light and formula as the professionals use

does it help with people that have braces stains like after you get your braces off there is like yellow stains ?
