@jpaula123456 thats Near. he's a boy, and he and Mello are L's sucessors. they're from this orpahnage thats purpose is to raise kids to be the next L. After L's gone, they're both supposed to succeed L and catch Kira. they kind've become rivals and compete on who'll catch Kira first, as you can see. i love both of them :)
