Dunno if it is the first wave cuz those Universe figures are relatively recent in my country and the Prowl I got yesterday IS sticky on the sides, specifically the doors and front mudguards (dunno the exact name). Kinda annoying coz it got dirty really fast :(

Update: Hasbro replaced Prowl with Sideswipe - guess they had no more in stock. I just picked up another Prowl today and it seems that they fixed the issue with the paint.

you can pull his feet down farther but you probably figured that out by now...it helps for when you want him to stand better
